With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Marie-Louise Elhabre has been instrumental in driving business transformation through change and process performance management and delivering Six Sigma operational efficiency. She started her career in Accenture where she spent 10 years in the Insurance consulting service line. She joined AXA Group in 2009 and was in charge of AXA Group Solutions Transformation and Performance Office.
As the Chief Executive Officer she is currently spearheading the Transformation 2020 strategy for AXA Business Services. She is focused on making the organisation data-driven aligning with the Group’s Ambition 2020 program placing AXA Business Services as a highly valued partner contributing to AXA entities' operating model and efficiency program.
Marie-Louise is an engineer and has a doctorate in seismology from École Centrale Paris.
Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer
Solomon has overall 20 years of work experience with 16+ years in the BPM Industry covering multiple domains such as BFSI, telecom and airlines. Over the years he has managed large teams across quality, project management and business functions and has led various transformation projects, set up quality framework, strategized on offshoring capabilities and built new operating models.
In his current role, Solomon heads the Finance, IT and Facilities functions at AXA Business Services. He is also leading the digital transformation strategy through robotics, embedding a robust transformation office through Six Sigma, creating an agile workspace with strong controls framework and supporting in the company business strategy.
Solomon is also certified in Six Sigma black belt and a COPC registered coordinator.
Chief Data Officer and Head - ADS, BIR and P&C CoEs
Kaushik has an experience of working at the intersection of technology, analytics and marketing globally for 25+ years. He has had leadership roles across shores & has built high performance teams with expertise around Big Data and data science, modeling and analytics, marketing optimization, business intelligence and market research.
His areas of expertise range in providing analytics and Big Data solutions addressing risk management and actuarial pricing, customer experience mapping, lead optimization, customer churn and agent/sales force optimization.
Currently, Kaushik is the Chief Data Officer and SVP at AXA Business Services leading a team of 300 professionals responsible for data science and analytics, actuarial sciences, business intelligence and research functions.
Kaushik holds a Doctorate in marketing from US and has published in international marketing and analytics conferences and journals including American Marketing Association, Academy of Marketing Science, Decision Sciences Institute and various international journals.
Head - Human Resources and Communication
Nagarajan has 19+ years of management and leadership experience in the Human Resources domain across multiple industries spanning IT products/internet, insurance and consumer durables. He has worked with several leading organizations including Hewlett Packard, Times Internet & Business Solutions and Royal Sundaram and has led various key organization building roles across sales/go to market transformation efforts, creation of a technology culture on par with Silicon Valley firms and M&A integration efforts, among others.
In the last 10 years, Nagarajan has worked on defining and shaping an appropriate people culture framework that is aligned to the organization’s domain and growth potential.
In his current role as HR leader for AXA, Nagarajan has supported the rapid growth of the company by focusing on creating a culture that celebrates innovation. This has enabled AXA in India to grow into a talent hub scaling up to meet global requirements. He firmly believes that ‘attitude and ability’ to develop an incisive understanding - both of people and of business contexts- is key to making a long lasting and critical contribution in the people domain.
Nagarajan has done his engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and is also a post graduate in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur.
RANAJIT VICTOR SEN
Head – Life and India Operations CoEs
Ranajit Victor Sen has 22 years of total experience in Service Delivery spanning multiple geographies in US, Philippines and India. He also has 14 years of niche experience in the outsourced and captive domain. Over the years he has accumulated rich experience and knowledge in Driving Operational Excellence, Revenue Assurance, Profitability, Account Management and Client Acquisition.
At AXA Business Services, Ranajit Victor Sen heads India Operations and Life Centre of Excellence and is strategically focused on expanding competencies and the partnership footprint with other AXA entities.
He completed his education in US and holds an engineering in radio frequency and an MBA.
Head – Finance Operations CoE
Srikrishna has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles managing global business units with diverse services, cross border teams & global customers. He has a strong record of business transformation through innovation, process & technology initiatives both at a customer engagement level as well as across the business.
At AXA Business Services, he heads the Finance & Accounting and Asset Management Centres of Excellence driving business strategy and growth.
Srikrishna holds a BCom degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, University of Bombay and has completed Masters in Management Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, University of Bombay. He was also a Member of NASSCOM Special Interest Group (in 2016) on building talent pool for F&A skills across colleges, institutes and universities in India.
Head – Healthcare CoE
Avaneesh has over 20 years of rich experience spanning diverse industries including healthcare (payer and provider), travel and leisure, telecom and media, financial services and software services.
He also has in-depth knowledge of operations management, client relationship management, alliance management and business development.
At AXA Business Services, Avaneesh heads the Healthcare Centre of Excellence focused on nurturing global partnerships. He holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communications from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra and has also completed his post-graduation in International Business from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
