Team Member - Finance Operations


Will be accountable for all service delivery parameters and ensure tasks are completed in line with target performance metrics required by client

Key responsibilities:
  • Anticipate client’s requirements and deliver accordingly
  • Responsible for acquiring process knowledge so as to be able to handle queries raised by clients
  • To contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organisation
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of queries/issues
  • Strong organisational skills; the ability to perform multiple tasks; the ability to communicate clearly and effectively; and the ability to communicate with the clients
  • Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger for AXA Tech Singapore
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
  • Handling month-end and year-end activities
Key skills:
  • Graduate or MBA with 3 to 4 years’ experience in AP, AR, GL process
  • Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning accounting
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good logical, analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP
  • Knowledge of excel
