Assistant Manager - French Language

Overview:

Will be responsible for managing daily health claim files taking into account the procedures specific to the insurance company to compensate the insured/third party quickly respecting the guarantees provided by insurance contracts, quality, service and deadlines. Daily management of policies: new policy set-up, modification of existing policies, etc. via mail in French language.

Key responsibilities:
  • Should effectively liaise with various departments within AXA BS to gain support and resolve issues
  • Be a key interface between managers and team members to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
  • Successfully manage, lead, motivate, groom & develop a team of 15-25 FTEs
  • Effective work allocation for team
  • Make sure that all Service Level Agreements are met
  • Understand the different areas of operations – including process knowledge
  • Effective management of pipeline-quality and new projects
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports are sent to the management on time
  • People Management – Conduct regular reviews/121s/appraisals
  • Analyze training needs for teams and provide support
  • Effectively implement rewards & recognition and incentive programs for the team
  • Lead quality and productivity initiatives such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma
  • Drive various process improvement ideas to improve efficiency/productivity
  • Control & manage the attrition as per the process target
  • Build domain knowledge by getting process trained and accredited
  • Become 100% productive within 3 months from the date of joining the process
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place, ensuring team/team members are compliant to the various regulations the partner/AXA Business Services adheres to
  • Processing of cases from a minimum of 05 Hrs. a week to 10% of the available time based on business dynamics
Key skills:
  • Should be C1 certified in French
