Associate - Service Center Claims (German Language)

Overview:

Will be responsible for identifying, facilitating and implementing process improvement ideas while meeting the daily targets and maintaining high quality standards

  • Ability to identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency & gain productivity
Key skills:
  • Any graduate/Post graduate
  • Intermediary (B2.2) level knowledge of German language
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal
  • Good time management skills
  • Expertise in Excel & Power Point
  • Team player and ability to work closely with onshore team/ supervisors
  • Excellent spoken and written German skills
  • Knowledge of insurance business would be an added advantage
