SME - Corporate Actions


Will be responsible Notification Processing, Dividend Reinvestment Plans (DRIP’s) Custodian Elections, and Corporate Actions associated functions performed to support operations

Key responsibilities:
  • Perform quality checks for the team
  • Function as a subject matter expert for the team
  • Adhere to the quality standards as detailed in the SLA by ensuring accuracy requirements are met as per the target
  • Ensure projects are completed on or within timelines
  • Monitor work allocation regularly & appropriately
  • Liaise with Corporate Actions onshore team on a need basis
  • Provide and maintain timely and accurate MI
  • Enable the team to meet KPI targets
  • Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organisation
  • Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance within the processes followed
  • Conduct process training on different work types when required
Key skills:
  • Specific knowledge required on asset management/corporate actions
  • Graduates with 3-4 years of work experience would be preferred from Mutual Fund/Financial or Shared Services industry
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to support transfer of technical knowledge to team and training new team members
  • Ability to identify and drive process improvements
